Last night, I attended the 2008 IP3 awards put on by Public Knowledge, a Washington DC based public interest group working to defend our rights in the emerging digital culture. So, I admit, I’ve seen the headlines and ignored this issue for a while now. I broke down and listened to NPR/WBUR’s On Point with Tom Ashbrook podcast on the subject.
